Deuteronomy 8:3
...man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.
Matthew 4:4 also tells us:
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.
James 1:22
But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
Father I ask You to HELP US to put Your Word, Your Living Bread, in our mouths. Help us to be led as little children by Your Spirit and by Your Word. Help us to submit and DO what your Word says, and when we do we'll not be deceiving ourselves. Thank You for bringing to us Your answers for our lives and helping us to place them where they work for us, in our mouths and on our lips, in Jesus' Name.

Amen! This morning Alan and I were discussing a mountain we want to see removed and it will take some discipline but we kept saying what "we" had to do but God said he wanted the glory. I heard in my spirit, "Not by might nor by power but by MY Spirit...this mountain shall be removed" Praise God we don't have to do it alone and HIS Word in our mouths we will be overcomers and HE will get the glory. I'm so looking forward to sharing what the Lord has done!

Thank God, Donna! I agree with you and your husband. It's not by your might or your power, but it will be done by His Spirit. He will lead you in whatever it is that may by your part, but it IS BY HIM. In Jesus' Name.
