We Believe and Therefore We Speak.

II Corinthians 4:13 tells us:
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I believed and therefore I spoke," we also believe and therefore speak

What are we suppose to be speaking? God's Word. We believe it in our heart and speak it with our mouths.

The ONLY way to win any battle is to stand.
Ephesians 6:13 says
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to STAND.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking hte shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the firey darts of the wicked one.
16 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

What are we STANDING on?

II Corinthians 1:24
....for by faith you stand.

Faith in what?

Faith in God's Word.

"Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." Romans 10:17

The only way we are going to win a battle is to stand....on God's Word. If we stand on God's Word, we'll also be drawn into it, and not be captured away off of it to destroy our FAITH, and lose the battle. Our faith is built on the Word and the Word continues to encourages us to be strong and of good courage.
