God's Faithfulness

While thinking of God's faithfulness to us, I tried to think of an image that would symbolize it.....and about everything good to any of us, it would be the cross, wouldn't it? The finished work of Jesus.

Not many weeks ago, God brought to me a Scripture in Jeremiah 31:17 that says
17And there is hope for your future, says the Lord; your children shall come back to their own boarders.

At the time, I did not know what the Lord was making reference to, but I quickly agreed with Him and began making confession of that Scripture over all of our children and grandchildren....not knowing what and who He was speaking about.

Over the last week, there has been some most tragic happenings in our home that God took into His own hands and turned around completely by His Spirit, for His Glory. We are to be thankful - always, before the Lord, but there are just some things that are deserving ONLY of giving thanks on our bellies, before Him. That's where I've been. There will not be enough time even in eternity to give Him all the praise that is in my heart.

God always knows how to prepare our hearts, and to get our mouths in agreement with Him and to make a difference with what HE knows lays ahead of us. We need always to be sensitive to Him and His voice, and follow His leading, and to trust and rely on Him to be the Deliverer He tells us He is. Thank God.

He really Is our GREAT and MIGHTY God!

Father, THANK YOU for HELPING US to trust in You, in Your Word and HELP US to be led by YOUR Spirit. God it is YOU alone that will make a difference in our lives. You ARE our GREAT and MIGHTY GOD, You're to be trusted, because You are Trustworthy and Faithful to all generations. It is You alone that we're to put our trust in, and Help us to LEAN ON YOU, walk with You, talk with You, follow You on into eternity with You. In Jesus' Name.

Isn't it neat how God often speaks the same thing to all of us? God has been showing me to trust in Him because He knows what is ahead & only He can fix it! I love you:)

Thank God, Sarah!
He's so faithful to us all, and all we have to do is to "listen and do", right? HALLELUJAH!!!
